What does the pricing shown include?
All pricing shown is for each item undecorated. You will need to select the imprint method for each item to view the total imprinted pricing. Each imprint method can vary per item.

 

I need to have multiple colors imprinted on an item.
Not a problem. Just select the number of imprint colors or imprint method needed for your logo. Imprint method can differ based on the item.

 

What is the minimum order amount?
The order minimum is listed on each item page next to the add to cart button.

 

Can you provide us below the mimimum order amount?
We are unable to provide decorated orders below the listed amount. We can provide the items as low a 1 piece undecorated.

 

Can I use several logos on the same item to reach the minimum?
Only one logo can be used per item ordered. An additional item will be required for an additional logo.

 

How does free shipping work?
All orders over $99 will receive free ground shipping. Free shipping is UPS Ground and is only valid for the US mainland. Free shipping is only valid for orders placed on idealpromotional.com and does not include ceramic items, chairs, custom quoted projects or other divisions of Ideal Promotional Powered By LogosDirect.

 

I need to split my order into multiple shipments.
Not a problem. The first shipment will ship for free and all other orders will have shipping applied to them as well as an $8 split ship fee per shipment.

 

Free shipping? Is it sent snail mail?
All orders with the mainland US will ship for free via UPS Ground. Free shipping is UPS Ground and is only valid for the US mainland. Free shipping is only valid for orders placed on idealpromotional.com and does not include ceramic items, custom quoted projects or other divisions of Ideal Promotional Powered By LogosDirect.

 

Will I see a proof prior to production?
We insist that you approve an art proof prior to production. What is this you ask? The art proof is a page layout that shows your logo as it will appear on the item(s) selected. Orders do not start without approval. Product mock ups are available upon request. Product mock ups and art proofs are only available after an order is placed.

 

What type of  art files are acceptable?
We will need the artwork sent to us in vector format. Acceptable files are .ai, .eps and .cdr. Artwork stored in these files will need to be in vector format. If not in vector format, we will be in contact with you with pricing information to have the provided files converted to a print ready format. This can delay the production time of your order.

 

How soon can I have my order?
Orders are produced in 10 business days or 2 calendar weeks. During this time we provide you with a digital proof for your review. The proof normally arrives 3-4 days after an order is placed.

 

Do you have a printed pricelist?
No, unfortunately pricing can change quickly. Due to this, we do not provide a printed pricelist.

 

Do you ship COD?
No, this option is not available.

 

Do you accept purchase orders?
All orders are required to be paid via credit card directly on the site. We do not accept payment via PO.

 

How do I exchange or return an item?
Because the item is custom imprinted we do not accept exchanges or returns. If the item is defective we will provide a replacement or credit for the defective item. You must notify us with 10 business days of receipt of your order for a replacement to be issued/provided.

 

How can I quickly reorder?
All of your orders are kept within your account that can be viewed when you login. You can view all of your past orders and reorder with one press of a button.

 

Do you ship internationally?
No, you will need to have your shipment sent to a freight forwarding company. You can still receive free shipping when it applies to the freight forwarding company.

 

How do I cancel an order?
Once an order is placed we instantly jump into setup mode to have your order quickly produced. For this reason, we may not be able to cancel the order. If an order can be cancelled, a 15% cancel fee may be applied.

 

What is your sample policy?
Because we sell all of the items on this site as low as one undecorated, we do not provide free samples. We will however waive all restocking fees for the returned items if an order is placed for those returned items.
